FOUNDER & CEO – Martha Elizabeth Hernandez 

Martha Elizabeth is one of the premier political strategists and organizers in California. She has consulted for, organized and managed winning campaigns at state, local and national levels.

Martha Elizabeth created MEH Global to offer high impact strategy, field organizing and media services to campaigns in California, across the Southwestern US and in México with a comprehensive approach to campaign management.

Whether working the chambers of Congress in Washington, DC, the National Assembly in México City or state capitols in California and across the US Southwest, Martha knows how to lobby with maximum effectiveness for the interests of our clients. She also has many years of experience organizing top to bottom political campaigns. Martha Elizabeth’s trademark is her refusal to accept anything but excellence and success for her clients.

Martha Elizabeth has managed all aspects of political campaigns in California for more than two decades, working with clients across the spectrum, including Congresspeople, State Senators and State Assemblymembers.

Martha’s expertise and winning drive inform and motivate the work of the expert team she has assembled to efficiently run day to day MEH Global Consulting operations.

As a proud leader in the Mexican-American and Latino communities, Martha Elizabeth believes in giving back to the larger community. This spirit of giving led her to launch the MEH Sports Club in California and México to offer training, encouragement and resources to aspiring young athletes in under served communities who might otherwise not be able to compete.

Martha is a native of California’s great Central Valley with family roots reaching back to Guadalajara, México. She attended California State University, Fresno.

CFO – Krystal Hernandez

Krystal heads MEH Global’s internal finance and accounting. She works closely with both clients and MEH Global’s Director of Legal affairs to ensure legal-financial compliance with all relevant local, state and federal regulations and campaign reporting requirements.

Krystal’s goal with MEH Global clients is to maintain financial transparency and manage cash flow data while helping clients create cost-effective community strategies with measurable impact.

Krystal earned a BA in Mass Communication and Broadcast Journalism from Fresno State University and has broad experience in media production and political campaign operations and management.

Chief Data Analytics Officer – Nancy Hernandez

As leader of data analytics for MEH, Nancy directs one of the most important elements of all successful campaigns. No campaign can win without smart data analysis focused on reaching the right audience with the right message.

Whether using PDI, NGP-VAN or Every Action database analytics, Nancy is our go-to leader for ensuring that we are using laser focused smart data to make campaign communications effective at the highest level for our clients.

Nancy studied Journalism and Veterinary Technology at San Joaquin Valley College and Fresno City College.

Director of Field Operations – Jonathan Almaraz

Jon’s many years of experience in field organizing and campaign management ensure seamless execution of client campaign strategies and efficient management of field operations and personnel.

This translates into MEH Global consistently meeting and/or exceeding client outreach and conversion targets in the community.

Jon maintains clear channels of communication in partnership with our clients so the shared goals of all campaign stakeholders are met, clearly understood and consistently monitored from day one.

Jon is a native of California’s Central Valley. He studied journalism, communications and criminology at both West Hills Community College and Clovis Community College.

Director of Legal and Public Affairs – Natalie Aguirre

Natalie oversees communications and research to ensure legal compliance of all contracts, client relationships and external media outreach. She manages relations with media, government and the public to ensure positive outcomes in public identity and reputation management for both MEH Global and our clients. 

Natalie also heads our research of public opinion and marketing trends while providing strategic public relations management to ensure that client messages are disseminated responsibly and with impact.

Natalie earned her BA in criminology from California State University Fresno, where she also studied media and communications. She received her legal training at San Joaquin College of Law. 

Project Director – Esteissi Huerta

Esteissi manages internal operations as well as marketing and project coordination. She monitors project plans and schedules, marketing programs and social impact programs.

Esteissi also manages staff work schedules and oversees client reporting and communication for all projects and events. In addition, she works on community outreach and client prospecting.

Esteissi studied Business Administration at Fresno City College and worked as an intern for the Education Leadership Foundation (ELF).

Event Manager – Sylvia Jimenez

Sylvia manages event planning and giving for both MEH Global and our clients as well as for all joint MEH-Client events.

Her core expertise is in identifying giving prospects, creating planned giving programs and providing education for internal staff and prospective donors.

Sylvia maintains total transparency with regular program and progress reports. She also writes event-related marketing and communications materials for all event stakeholders and organizational leaders.

Fundraising Manager – Sonia Tello

Sonia  works closely with clients engaged in public affairs and institutional fundraising to keep their campaigns on track and to ensure that their goals are successfully met.

Sonia has worked in retail marketing as a sales manager, retail store manager and public relations liaison.

She graduated from Fresno State University with a BS in biology and a minor in business administration.

Fundraising Associate – Rosa Angélica Gomez Paredes

Rosa Angélica (Angie) works closely with MEH Global clients to ensure that their media, fundraising and overall campaign objectives are

being met. She helps us make adjustments that keep each campaign on track.

Angie has experience in retail sales, marketing and sponsorship development.

She attended Clovis East High School and Fresno City College where she studied marketing and business.

Field Operations, Social Media and DesignMatthew Kintgen

Matthew wears many hats at MEH Global from field operations to field project management. He also helps with design and visual campaign management and has in-depth knowledge of social media marketing and audience building.

With broad experience in retail marketing, sales and telemarketing, Matt provides an invaluable winning edge to our clients in the management of their campaigns.

Matt graduated from Fresno City College, where he spent nearly three years studying psychology, mathematics, humanities, studio art, painting, drawing and apparel design. 

Lobbying Liaison – Trenton Delao

Trenton began his career in retail sales and telemarketing but quickly shifted to politics.

He has worked in many capacities on a wide variety of campaigns, starting as a field canvasser and later working on Mayoral and City Council campaigns.

He has also participated in ballot initiative campaigns while steadily building his policy knowledge and contact network.

Trenton is a graudate of Selma High School.
